Nestled in the bustling market town of Watton, The Ark Day Nursery is a bright, welcoming space where children aged 0–14 can explore, imagine, and grow. Spread across two spacious floors filled with natural light, every room is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and support confident, joyful learning.

Upstairs, our Peacocks (2–3 years) and Pelicans (3–5 years) enjoy airy rooms with creative corners, cosy reading nooks, and plenty of opportunities for imaginative play. Downstairs, our Penguin Room offers babies a calm, homely environment with soft spaces, sensory play, and their own indoor climbing area.

A standout feature of The Ark is our in‑house soft play room — a lively, open space where children can climb, slide, balance, and move freely. Outdoors, a large mixed‑terrain garden provides wooden climbing structures, grassy areas, and quiet shaded spots perfect for rest or reading.

Every part of The Ark is designed to help children feel safe, supported, and excited for the journey ahead. With caring staff, high‑quality resources, and room to explore, The Ark is a place where children make memories, build friendships, and flourish every day.

Healthy Eating Programme
We promote healthy eating across all our nurseries and follow UK Early Years nutritional standards. Families may provide a packed lunch, which must meet our healthy eating guidelines, be clearly labelled, and include full allergen information. Pre‑prepared or shop‑bought lunches are NOT permitted.
We provide fresh fruit or vegetable snacks, with milk and water available throughout the day. Our nurseries also offer freshly prepared meals cooked on site by our experienced chefs, and weekly menus are available for parents to view.
For the safety of all children, we operate a STRICT NO-NUT POLICY. Please do not bring nuts or nut products onto the premises.
We work closely with families to support individual dietary needs and ensure every child enjoys safe, healthy and inclusive mealtimes.
